Move

The move is finally finished... now I have to finish painting and unpacking. Sigh. And pull up the carpet in the whole house, sand the woodwork, tile the kitchen and porch, stain the woodwork, replace a few bits and pieces, including all the ungrounded outlets, and possibly refinish the wood floors. Oh, and get someone to install this great huge roll of carpet that's in the middle of the living room. All amidst piles of boxes. At least most of them are books, which are easily put away, provided one has the space - which I don't. I have got to get some decent bookshelves.

On another note, completely unrelated, what is up with The Little Mermaid? I love that movie, but Ariel appears to be anorexic, with hair the same colour as the Boy's favorite crayon. Not something I noticed when it first came out, being, like, ten, but now it's kinda... weird.
